Description

Is it possible to analyze and determine if a longer light cycle for the east bound traffic from Durant, over Capital onto Perry Creek is feasible? The north-south light cycle on Capital at that intersection is almost 4 minutes, the westbound light is a good 40 seconds longer than the east, and the east deals with the crazy drivers that don't know how to stop/yield or merge coming off Capital onto Perry Creek!

We need more time at that light - drivers are continuing to jump out into the right turn lane and try to beat the line up to get through, or many just keep going on the yellow and even red - to get across. That light in the afternoons is WAY to short for the amount of time you need to sit there waiting - so people get crazy. Can you help?
