Please please please remove this bike! It hasn't moved since December last year! I put a work order in already for this but it got closed because the city said the bike was gone. But I know it hasn't moved, I put a piece of masking tape from the wheel to the frame and it's still in place. If the bike had moved, it would have broken the tape. Please remove it, it's already been through the 15 day waiting period on the last work order. It's a red schwinn bike locked to a sign in front of 31 Bolton St.
