but I see someone cut the grass

It has now been another month and ,other than some flags being put in the yard about 3 weeks ago , nothing has been done with this house. The roof is beginning to cave in on its own, so maybe by the end of the rainy season it will self destruct.

The house is beginning to fall apart on its own. Other than "Miss Dig" flags being placed in the yard last month and the lawn getting mowed , nothing has been done. The holes in the roof are getting bigger each time it rains. If they had insurance then I would like to know what company so I can avoid them. If it wasn't insured, I think it's time for the city to step in.

This property is going to torn down by the City. We have experienced some problems with getting the utilities taken care of. I will check on this on Monday.

Finally......the house has been razed! I thought it was going to fail on its own. More than 15 months after the fire and 80 days after being reported to seeclickfix it is done!
