Description
The traffic signal at the intersection of Plantation St and Research Drive to allow cars to leave UMass University Campus/The Beechwood is malfunctioning at nights and on weekends. Cars wait for the traffic light to give a green light for at least 5-6 minutes (I've timed it many times, it takes at least this long to finally turn green), while the lights facing Plantation Street cycle through the Green Arrow/Green Light cycle many times without allowing cars leaving UMass or the Beechwood to get a green light.
