The City doesn't maintain SeeClickFix, please let me know if you are still having issues so I can give you contact information to SeeClickFix .

We can not reply to the Open Issues. We can only reply to the Acknowledged and Closed Issues. I sent a complaint to seeclickfix at their contact page but the problem still continues. I will reopen this issue but probably will not be able to reply if left Open.

Did you hear back from SeeClickFix? I would suggest uninstalling and then re-installing the program on your computer first. If that doesn't work. Send the Issue ID # to SeeClickFix and let them know the problem you are having. Remember to use your same log in and password when you re-install.
