Hello. For homeless camps, the police must first be contacted in order to remove the persons, as the police are the only agency with the authority and ability to remove persons from an area. They can be reached by dialing 916/264-5471 and pressing 0 when the recording begins. Once the persons are removed, either the police will call us for the junk, or you may call to request the junk be removed to our offices @ 916/264-5011.
