Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. We will post updates here as they become available.

The Code Officer left a notice to mow.

Update. The owner is aware and will have the property mowed along with tree branches trimmed along the sidewalk.

Property is mowed; the Code Officer is continuing to work on a resolution to have tree branches trimmed.
