I assume you mean that it is difficult to pull onto southbound Rochester Rd, and not northbound, as an occasional 'Right Turn on Red' violation should not be causing that much of an issue if you are headed north. Honestly, I can't understand how they even allow a left turn from that street to begin with, as there is way too much traffic - north and southbound - for it to be safe. Unless and until a center median with turnarounds is added, this will continue to be an issue - and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

I've seen several cars turn in error since the offramp was redone. Not sure what can be done here aside from more traffic enforcement, as multiple signs aren't doing the trick.
