Description
I very much appreciate the effort with the flashing right of way sign. The sign does not fully flash until an estimated 2 seconds after the light has changed. As a result, the attention of the first driver turning left on to Mt Vernon from Ashford Dunwoody is not captured with the flashing yellow and is at risk of turning left to into oncoming traffic. Lastly cars are still managing to find their way into the straight only lane and they continue to disrupts traffic as they attempt to turn left or right onto Mt. Vernon.
