Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. We will post updates here as they become available.

From the Code Officer for the area: As per city code the property is in violation for the weeds and grass and a case has been started. There is no ordinance regarding trees, and there was not an abundance of stagnant water.
