Description

The rapidly growing street between Rose Pepper Cantina, Jeni's Ice Cream, Silly Goose, and Eastland Cafe has become more populated with cars and pedestrians. There is a crosswalk...but NO LIGHTS. Cars cannot see if someone is crossing at night. I've almost been hit several times by cars that couldn't see pedestrians crossing.
