Description

In the five years I've lived here on Chapman Street the road has gotten worse and worse. Ove the last year the loose gravel has popped numerous tires on bicycles and street cleaning chips paint on multiple cars every time it tries to clean the outer street canals. Axels are bemt and broken and i general it take a 4x4 to get down this street. Its a sad state for the city of Oakland to allow such abhorred conditions to go on for this many years. I total at least 10 years of negligence
