I agree.. At what point do people think it is ok to let their dog urinate on my dead relative??!!!

Not to mention kids partying in the cemetary. Last year all those kids from Troy High & Catholic High should have been charged with trespassing. I paid for the plot & received a deed therefore it is like partying in my yard isn't it?

I have seen this many times. As I visit cemeteries of my family, I see the rotten people all the time. They laugh when you say something, and sometimes even threaten me. At St. John's Cemetery in west Albany, where my wife is, a womean with two dogs lets her mutts run loose all the time. I photographed her, and she threatened me with stalking her if i told the police. By the way, the police said they do not have the time to follow up on these types of crimes. Paul

If its a public place you can't prevent anyone from entering, with dogs, with children, with bikes, etc. Sorry folks. If I want to walk the cemertery for exercise, is that a ticketable offense as well?

The situation still continues. Dogs are off leash, folks do not pick up after the dogs and there is still no sign up about dogs being off leash.

In the last several months there have been at least 2 incidents of dogs off leash attacking smaller dogs who are on leash. The situation continues and when the police are told about it, they say they have to see it happen, so no tickets are issued and in most cases not even any warnings. This means that after everything is said and done, the problem will be what it is.......another city ordnance NOT enforced.

Gee 721 days....and still no resolution. Still waiting for the proper signs. STILL waiting to see some tickets issued...Seems like the wheels of progress have grinded to a halt on this matter.
