Parking signs are placed before Tortilla Coast existed. Across the street from 1418 15th St., NW. There used to be a paint store where Tortilla Coast is now. There is still an entrance from curb that is now defunct. There could be 2-3 more parking spaces where defunct entrance to "gone" paint store( current Tortilla Coast) but old parking signs prohibit. This is in an area with much needed parking. 2-3 more spaces would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
