potholes on high street behind parking lot 124 South Ave. east

Pothole galore in James Avenue end to end. Also, Burnside Ave. I been reporting this for the past couple of years. But DPW, seem to got it under control by just patching/band-aid the problem every couple of years or so, only to get back with ta bigger pothole in a few days. Do it right please. Use our tax money to fix it right. That cheap solution you all been using for the past 10 yrs is a waste of time and tax payers money. This town looks like a third world Country when it comes to streets and avenues. Get this matter address once and for all Mr. Mayor
