Description

Inside the Bullhead Dog Park there are large holes that someone at night could fall into and break a leg. Isn't Parks supposed to inspect the dog parks regularly? Since the City will not fix the lights in the adjacent parking lot, it is very dark at night and an accident could easily happen, in which case the City would have to pay out $$$$$ for doctor and hospital bills. This particular hole in the photo is 1 foot deep by 2 feet across. All it takes is a City parks employee with a little dirt to fill in the holes.
The City is now buying the dog poop bags from China. They are noticeably thinner so not much protection between the poop and one's hand. Was it worth saving a few thousand dollars for a lesser product?
