White Cadillac funeral hearse, with spider webs painted on front fenders. Black wheels with no hubcaps.
This vehicle is still abandoned, has been vandalized/broken into at least twice, passenger side front window was broken out, there is broken glass and a large puddle of oil under it. It has now been there for just under a month, and no action has been taken. This is ridiculous. This was originally reported in ticket 13683803 on 4/13/15, and at that time the vehicle had been abandoned for at least 5 days. I opened this new ticket the morning I discovered someone had broken in to it and shattered glass all over the sidewalk and street.
