I don't think anyone from the city of Duluth reads these. When a street light when out on East 13th Street we called MN POWER & it still took a few weeks as they couldn't figure out which one. And it was very near when the current mayor of Duluth lives. It took several calls & we had to tie a bright red ribbon on the post to notify them of which one needed fixing. It did eventually get done after several complaints & took a few weeks. CALL MN POWER @ 218-722-2625 & make your complaint know. I did .
