Description

There is a huge pothole on Three Chopt Road, near the Martin's located on 7035 Three Chopt Rd, Richmond, VA 23226 (as if heading to the University of Richmond). The street at this point is very narrow and it is hard to avoid it since it has gotten larger after the rain days we've had.
