That is the correct license plate. Ivory plate with black font Connecticut 2L800. It'still parked at 99 Olive Street, (it's 9:45 pm) since Wednesday.
It was parked on various icebergs on Green and Academy throughout the winter as well. I bet it will still be there in the am.
Traffic and Parking knows how to check for expired Residential Permits, But the Visitors permit presents a challenge. Mr. Hausladen has made a dedicated effort to increase parking revenue. Apparently the Visitors Permit is a loophole thwarting that effort.
Thanks Ray for your assistance.

Publicly advertising a possible loophole in City ordinance is probably not ...beneficial. Au Contraire! Actually EPES, this loophole exists city wide because there is lack of enforcement.
I am astonished that amending an ordinance is necessary to resolve this matter.
Parking enforcement officers are equipped with handheld computers that record LP#s, time and location to enable ticketing for parking beyond posted time limit. Device should be capable of recording Visitor Permit #s and when use exceeded, ticket!
"Ray" the criticism and sarcasm you direct at anonymous reporters reveals your dereliction of diplomacy, rather disheartening since you are a Public Official. Reporting anonymously has no bearing on the validity and importance of the matter. This forum permits the use of anonymity. So does Law Enforcement!!!
