Description

Trying to turn left onto Phoenixville Pk from Warner is a disaster. During the evening rush the traffic is backed up past The Office onto Rt 29.

Also there are two sets of lights here one before the rail tracks and another set after. The rail tracks are clearly marked as "not in use", so the first set of light should be disabled - they currently just make the whole intersection twice as congested. The intersection is a complete mess.
