Left turn to go westbound out of northbound Keystone is not necessary...have them go around to the stop light on Young Avenue. There is not much traffic here. No left turns should be allowed out of this street. People make poor judgement calls leaving Keystone and have caused accidents on Jackson Ave, which has heavy east and west bound traffic. A light is NOT necessary at this location.
