Description

Street parking is taken up by multiple cars (at least 3, up to 5) that are constantly in pieces getting repaired. Work is done in street with consistent over revving of engines, racing up and down the street with fixed cars(complete with tire skids). Cars are on jacks consistently. Please address, this is the 2nd year of issue and it's getting worse.
