Description
Although the sign tells motorists on Croton Dam Rd. not to block the intersection with Rt. 134, no one pays any attention. This causes motorists on Rt 134 to have to race out to get a chance to access the remaining part of 134 or Route 9A. A stop sign is needed on Croton Dam where it intersects with 134 to give the motorists on 134 a safe chance to proceed.

Also - people turning right on red from south-bound Route 9A onto Croton Dam Road often are going too fast to see a car trying to pull out of Kitchawan State Road and onto Croton Dam Road. A No-Turn-On-Red on southbound Route 9A would improve the safety of motorists turning from Kitchawan State Road.
