Thank you for reporting. SeeClickFix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. We "close" a SeeClickFix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain acknowledged until it is corrected. The City of Vallejo Code Enforcement Division is currently investigating the location of the vehicle, which will then determine the agency responsible for enforcement (i.e. if it is on State property then Caltrans will address, etc).
