My name is Ron Williams at 448 Fairhaven Ct. We have a very serious erosion problem in the drainage ditch that runs behind my house. It has some tree roots that are exposed and with the amount of rain expected in the next several days, worry me for the safety of my family as well as the a couple of houses right behind my residence. I've attached several pictures. I would appreciate if someone could come out to at least @#$% the situation in which to be able to properly prioritize the severity of the matter.
