Description

At 519 Broadway in street gutter at bottom of driveway, about 8 feet from curb stone there is a sunken utility cover which is obscured by mud. There is a dip in the road here as well and all sludge from rain and rocks from street sweeping get caught up and cover the area. Water from rain also puddles here and does not flow down to the sewer up the street. This is my 3rd attempt to report this issue here, first 2 were closed saying resolved but some surrounding potholes were filled but this issue has NOT been worked on.
