What is the status of this issue? It was reported by telephone nearly 3 weeks ago and entered by DPW 2 weeks ago and is still 'open'. What does the 'flag' on 4/23 mean? Also what is issue 1607939? I do not see any numbers on the issues when I log in. The trash cans are still on the sidewalk with assorted trash also on the ground around them - an eyesore in the neighborhood. The house in question is the very last house in New Haven before the East Haven line - could this be slowing things down?

If you contact See Click they should be able to show you how to get a new screen name. Also if you want to get the post with your name deleted select flag which is right under ones post.
