Description

There is a very deep pothole at the beginning of the crosswalk at Morgan and Hoyt Streets, crossing from Morgan over Hoyt to the police station. Someone could break an ankle, especially at night because the streetlight that ought to illuminate the crosswalk has been burned out for months and months. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, City if Stamford.
