Description

There are no crosswalks at the intersection of Blackman/Whispering Hills and Edmondson. There are apartments and houses all around which could use cross walks and sidewalks to reach Whitfield Park/Ellington which would then connect to the existing sidewalks on Edmondson successfully connecting Nipper's Corner to Nolensville Rd, via Edmondson. The area could also use sidewalks especially down Blackman. One day my wife and I wanted to walk to Whitfield to use the greenway from Overcrest/Milner which is less than a mile away. Walking on Blackman is very dangerous!!!
