Description

The grass along the trail to the fly catcher art piece on Harvey between Southwest fifth and Southwest fourth is completely overgrown. In fact, the entire field to the east of Harvey is completely overgrown. It's embarrassing to walk along this trail to a beautiful piece of art and see an overgrown mess of abandoned property.
