Horrendous pattern of garbage on the Farmington Canal Path. A constant problem in this area. A combination of disrespectful litterers, and the large parking lots, and loading docks directly opposite the path, all of which blow in loose trash via the prevailing winds. The town of Hamden should dedicate some funding to install a high barrier along this whole side from the Home Depot property line up to, and including the rear loading dock area for Price Rite at the north end. This would block the trash from blowing onto, and polluting the Canal Path, and keep it in the area/s where it was generated from, and needs to belong.
