This issue is not closed. There are now two atvs stored at 364 Edgewood ave: a white one and a blue one. The owner is a black male in his late twenties who routinely allows his 8-10 year old boy to ride with him and alone! Please call Sgt Karl Jacobson at the new haven olive department to report this.

Really? Actually, I haven't heard or seen him in a couple of weeks. If NHPD did confiscate his toys after several complaints from me and others, congratulations! And thank you.
On the other hand, it would be nice if they notified the complainants of their action so we can thank them at the time and also feel like we're being heard.

Well, speak of the devil! Shortly after posting my comment, above, I heard a noise out front and saw this jerk riding up and down the sidewalk in front of his house while another guy with a ATV watched. If his toy was confiscated by the police, he went out and got another one! Please, NHPD, go get t his guy and his dangerous, obnoxious, illegal machine!
