Description

Every time it rains, the light at Montrose and Dallas goes to flashing and RUINS rush hour for no good reason. Why can't that be reset remotely? A 15-minute trip took 45 minutes. All due to ONE light. That is insane. There are very few paths between 59 and I-10, due to Memorial and Allen Parkway. So having a main thoroughfare clogged up for something so trivial is a crime.
