This is a reoccurring issue which has been reported several times. About time for the City to take more aggressive action. Since their goal seems to be remaking this neighborhood into an upscale community I would think an opportunity to improve the tax base by increasing the value of this property would be too good an opportunity to pass up.

the above poster is correct. My husband has to mow a strip of this yard just to keep the weeds from encroaching onto our property...We have been trying to deal with the COR on this for over two years...
