Ben- Question is not redundant for everybody reporting issues. Often crew goes out and fills area on street and it's not the specific location that the reporter had mentioned in original post. Then reporter calls DPW upset at us. If there is a photo uploaded then it's a help. Sometimes "map" locates away from location and reporter doesn't notice after issue is posted. We all want the same result not matter how we get there-making our residents happy!:) Thanks

If resident calls us at DPW we can ask them the question. Beauty of See Click Fix is that we can save the public time and energy from calling. Thus it seems a required question isn't too much to ask if it helps solve both our problems and hopefully gets the issue fixed. Collaboration and communication.
