Please remove this outdated sign. Seems like all that is happening is buck passing. The sign is 1) blocking the stop sign and creating traffic hazard 2) inconsistent with other traffic islands and ugly.

My Adopt-an-Island has a new and improved ugly "this is an island sign." I think it has a new Stop sign too - which is nice I guess - but not what I requested. There is now better visibility of the stop sign for safety.

The island at Grove and Franklin does not have extra signage and neither does the traffic island at West and Summer.

PLEASE just take it down OR add more ugly unnecessary signage to all "T" intersection islands. Let's be consistent one way or another. If we want to be consistently cluttered with extra signs - then so be it.

I am disappointed to see the replacement "this is an island" sign. I disagree with this approach to maintaining traffic islands. I believe that I am going to let someone else take this project on for the future.

These signs are not uniformly deployed on islands through out town see forest & franklin and west & summer. Also the curbing on this island has been own bad shape for years.
