The Town of Saugus does not have jurisdiction over the Main St bridge. That is under the state (MassDOT). They maintain all of the on and off ramps for Route 1 (which includes all the bridges that cross over Route 1). On Main St, they maintain from Pierce Memorial Drive to the back of CVS.
