Description

Homeless people living in the neighborhood are leaving huge piles of debris on the sidewalk in front of their dwellings. Old bicycles, trash, tires, wooden pallets, etc. There is also a camper/ RV that has been parked near the corner of Ettie and 28th Street. I believe the people living inside are responsible for most of the dumping.
