Description

The light for the east bound car will only let about 4 cars go through, the light last about 8 seconds. The west bound about 15 or more. This happened after workers were there a few months back working the light box to time it. The 5:00 traffic is backed up about 1/4 mile. Please fix before someone get hurt running that light.
