I was on vacation I'm from NY the meter where I park was broken I open a claim for that from here, but I didn't knew that where I park after certain time have the rush hour traffic and my car was towed. I'm not from the area and I don't know the laws I saw the sign that said after 10:30 but really I don't knew that after 4:00pm the car have to be removed
