Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. We will post updates here as they become available.

The Code Officer reported that this address is not in violation; left a notice at another property that the complaint may have been intended for. Will continue to follow up until the issue’s resolved.

The Code Officer made contact with the resident; the property will be mowed in the next week if conditions permit.
