Thank you for looking into this water drainage problem. I also wanted to point out if I may, that one of the reasons the school buses run off the road there is that the lane space from the yellow line to the edge of that particular section is only about 7 feet. When a vehicle is coming the opposite direction the bus is forced to move off the road.

issue has been addressed and closed

This still remains a problem because city trucks and in the past school buses run off the road there. The width of trucks and school buses are wider than the space given to pass on coming traffic. Wider vehicles are forced to run in the ditch which leaves a rut that is an unsafe condition after that rut has been established. Water also collects there and most vehicles swerve to avoid the puddle of water that remains for some time after a rain. The rut remains now.
