Description

I turned this in on 03/30/15 - DPW stated it was done and closed the ticket, all they did was sweep the deris back into the hole, I took the photo one week later and the debris, gravel, rocks are already spreading back outside of the hole, a motorcyclist would have a nice lawsuit with this one.
