This neighbor and the house to the right of this address is the source of trash. Today is Tuesday and they still have their trash cans and recycling out in the side walks. Why are these people left to do what they please and are not taxpayers! The landlords need to be made responsible through fines and just maybe they can rent to tenants that care about our neighborhoods. The City has a right to enforce strict laws to landlords why is this not done? The money you collect from fines can go towards the betterment of our neighborhoods.
