Description
This unusual second stoplight is located about 40 feet before the intersection stop light. there does not seem to be any reason for this light to be here and it causes a backup during rush hour. There is an exit to a parking garage next to the light but I know of no other parking garages at have a similar light protecting their exit. I believe the light should be removed from both sides of the street.
