Description
water is flowing under the curb to the left at street level and running under the collapsed sidewalk and exiting along the face of culverts 1,2 and 4 in this view. the retaining wall on the left is failing in large chunks and sheets of broken concrete. the sidewalk has failed and the footbridge is resting on the failing wall to the left and may be a hazard.
