There are always these white vans being parked on Fort Alley at Tarboro St in precarious positions at times blocking the alley and at other times being parked on the grass of the old Martin St. Grocery Store on the back side.

Our officers have ridden by several times and cannot find these vans. Please call 911 if you see them and believe they are parked illegally.
