Description

Street has not been plowed; any snowplow going down our street must be a mirage; we might have better luck waiting for he** to freeze over; we were fortunate to have some good neighbors help us

Streets Dept. is working to clear primary and secondary roadways at this time. Philly 311 will begin taking Service Requests for salting and plowing when this event is officially declared over. good thing I haven't held my breath while waiting for my street to be cleared; there are several people on my block who have serious medical conditions - myself included.
