Description
I wasn't sure where to place the location indicator of the website on the map, since it is the case that almost the full length of Beacon Street (heading NW, anyways) is rife with potholes. I drive down it a few times a week on my way home and expect to have a flat by the time I hit Porter Square. At this point, I think the street probably needs to be fully re-paved. Any ETA on this?

I'm not speaking for the city, but the reason it's been allowed to get so terrible is that a major rebuild plan is pending: http://www.somervillema.gov/beaconstreet
I saw something online suggesting it's been slightly delayed because of problems obtaining easements, so I believe it's falling behind schedule. So I expect we have to deal with the low quality temporary patches for a little while (and then major construction)...
